We make real estate investment accessible to as many people as possible by providing comprehensive, structured support. From project definition to acquisition, financing and construction management, we guide our customers through the entire value chain.

2. Offering a tailor-made rental hunting service

We offer a turnkey rental hunting service, focused on the real needs of each tenant. Thanks to an ultra-personalized approach, we find homes that are perfectly suited to their expectations, lifestyle and budget.

3. Supporting mobile students

We are developing specialized accommodation solutions for students moving to mainland France, to help them settle in and secure their housing.

We place social impact at the heart of our approach. By facilitating access to housing for all, especially those who are often excluded from the traditional market, we contribute to a fairer, more humane real estate market that is rooted in today's social realities.

4. A word from the founder

Everyone deserves decent housing

It was with this conviction that I founded Yod Invest, driven by a clear vision: to make housing accessible to all, by offering concrete, human solutions adapted to the realities of each individual. In particular, we support international students who are moving to France, as well as anyone wishing to rent or become a homeowner, whatever their origins, resources or background. At Yod Invest, we believe in people above all. That's why we offer personalized support, designed to help everyone realize their real estate project, with confidence and serenity. After graduating from Warsaw Polytechnic in engineering, then from INSEEC Paris in business school, I began my career in the automotive industry, where I held various positions: design engineer, business engineer, then manager and operational manager of engineering teams.Building on this experience and with a passion for real estate, I launched Yod Invest in 2022 with a strong ambition: to simplify access to housing for all. I'm also a real estate investor in my own right, with several properties to my credit. This gives me a better understanding of market issues and our customers' expectations.
